Being a female is hard isn't it Hmm

Last month I had BV which came about after sex. I was prescribed Metronidazole which worked wonders. Then almost a month later, here I am again with the same symptoms and problems (which is just mortifying considering I'm just starting out in a new relationship and I'm already so embarrassed when it comes to getting intimate because of the the BV).

Back on another course of antibiotics within 4 weeks. I'm trying to change my diet as I think perhaps too much sugar isn't helping, and drinking plenty of water is something I don't do enough of. Is there anything else I can be doing? I'm generally very healthy, exercise a lot etc, don't douche, but it just seems to keep coming back. I've read that Pro Ven Lactobacillus tablets from Holland and Barrett are good for keeping the PH balance and most swear by then, so might try them. But I am just so embarrassed as I know the guy I'm dating noticed the other night (but didn't say anything), wanted the ground to swallow me up.

You could try balance activ.

Definitely avoid semen going inside you. This was the only way to fix it for me. It just messed with my pH far too much! Ever since I banned that (apart from once when trying to conceive!) it has not been a problem. It's awful, isn't it, I really sympathise.

If it's not that, then yes I would also recommend Balance activ! Just get a recurring delivery of it from Amazon and use it regularly.
