New heavy bleeding 2 weeks after cold coagulation

Has anyone had a cold coagulation treatment, I had it 2 weeks ago for abnormal cells, it went well I wasn't sore after but took my period a couple of days later which was light then had a week of watery discharge it seemed to go away but now I've bleeding which is quite heavy does anyone know if this is normal, I don't think it is an infection as there's none of the other symptoms, tia x

If the light bleed a couple of days after wasn’t just post procedure bleeding, and this bleeding definitely isn’t your period, I would suggest phoning the colposcopy unit where you had your procedure done for some advice.

Are you sure you took your period after and it wasn't side effects from having it done ? Light bleeding is normal after this treatment and could this new bleeding then be your period ? X

I had this done on the 17th of May, was fine after no bleeding/ discharge and about a week after had the watery discharge and have had light bleeding every day now since and have had to wear pads am due my periods next week
