Waiting for call from dr but thought I’d see if anyone has experienced this.

My periods are typically regular, buy I do have a 24 day cycle. Normally spotting for two days, heavy for three days, light for a day and then spotting for a couple. Typical period lasts 7-10 days.

This month my period was 2 days late, l spotting before hand. Period was very light, o need to use more than a Pantyliner. Since then it has slowed to browny/red when I wipe only - but this has been going on for 11 days. Defo it pregnant have taken 5 tests through the last couple of weeks.

anyone experienced anything like this before? I’m 33 btw - my mum went through menopause at 42 so it wouldn’t be a stretch to say it is pre menopausal perhaps.

When this happened to me, it’s an elimaination process, if you are paying yourself it’s a bit easier if you aren’t you need to be demanding and try to get what you need.

i did:
ultrasound
Smear test
pelvic mri
bloods : full panel + thyroid + hormone.

If it’s a one off I wouldn’t go to the GP for it, I’d do a period diary for a couple of months.

I had a full pelvic scan and smear test in august for another reason - all clear.
