I am so frightened

I went to the one to one centre for a smear and I've been past myself since.
The nurse said I have cell changes in my vagina walls, cysts on my cervix and my cervix bled while she did the tests.
That's not all, she noticed I have dark patches on my labia and I have to go and see a doctor to have a look at it. I don't know whether it's connected but I have genital psoriasis and that's where the patches are (where I have scratched at myself).
So after non stop researching I either have melanoma or melanosis (which isn't bad) But I'm still convinced I have cancer and I'm terrified, I also had some kind of stomach infection or something last week, I was losing blood and mucus and now feel like I have an open sore in my back passage, the speculum really hurt that area when the nurse opened it so I'm thinking I have cancer and it's spread to the bowel.
I have an appointment with my gp next week but I can't function I can't even get dressed. All of these signs point to cancer that's spread...or is this health anxiety? Has anyone had any of these symptoms? Meloma is itchy and I don't know if my psoriasis is flaring or if it really isn't psoriasis that's making me itch.

Sorry to read this. Can you not get an appointment sooner even a telephone one to ease your mind? Don’t Google. I’m on a two week referral wait to rule out ovarian and womb C after scans. I try to stay away from searching stuff as it scares me senseless. Try your best not to Google. Sending you love.

Thanks for the reply. I hope your tests turn out ok. My smear came back negative for hpv so I don't know what's going on with these abnormal cells they just said see you in five years.
The bowel thing, I saw my gp and told her whatever it was seemed better and she said that's good, we always check if there's blood so we'll get you a test for that in the post. Thought no more of it then a fit test came through the post two days later! From the cancer department at the hospital so now I'm past myself again. I wasn't expecting that it's got me ill all of it.
I try not to Google now, you're right it does you no favours. I hope you're ok, let me know how you get on
