Endometrial ablation complications after 12 months

Hi, I had endometrial ablation (novasure) in oct 2019. I was 52 at that time. I have had cesarean section, and tubal sterilisation, in the past. my consultant was reluctant to perform the procedure, but after years of suffering, and 2 procedures to remove polyps I couldn't cope with it anymore, and he agreed.
I can honestly say, I regret not taking his advice. I have suffered regular moderate to severe right sided pain every 10-14 without fail ever since. I have not had any bleeding at all since the procedure, but when I get this pain, everything "down there" feels wrong. it lasts intermittently for 2-4 days then goes for another 10-14 days, pain killers don't touch it, only heat pack helps a bit. I didn't seek medical help sooner as we were straight into the pandemic and I felt, there were more important conditions than mine, I have tried to research this online, but the is little UK based information about this. I have left a message with the consultants secretary to see if I would still be on his radar, failing that I will go back to GP. Has anyone experienced this?
I'd appreciate any similar experiences of advice Thanks

Is it in a cycle, like your body is still trying to have a period ?
Have you considered HRT to see if that stops it ?

Hi, thanks for replying, I’ve been on HRT combi patches since sept ‘21
I was hoping this would help, but sadly not.

And I have been keeping a diary, its definitely every 2 weeks give or take. And I still feel as if I “need” a period, but often the pain is much sharper, and feels in fallopian tube area

Hi how are you doing? Have you had any further investigation as yet?
