I have 2 thumb print sized brown patches on my torso. They look like melasma. However, I'm not pregnant and everything I find on Google seems to suggest you only get melasma on sun exposed areas.
Has anyone experienced similar to this? Would you see a doctor about it? I don't have any itching, it's not sore or raised. I'm not on the pill.
