Do period symptoms change with age

Hi everyone so yesterday came on my period normal always early never on the same date well I had the migraine from hell and I was so tired never happened before it was like I'd not sleep in days I'
get the headaches but not like this made me sick it did calme down with painkillers but I've never had migraines due to my period and my anxiety went through the roof for no reason I woke up this morning feel better no head pain but still have the anxiety do period symptoms change with age I get the sore boobs and pains in my legs but this anxiety and migraine is new I'm 35

Yes they do.
Apparently perimenopause can last for ten years before the menopause! Migraine is not an uncommon peri/Meno symptom.
But if it's only happened once, it could be a fluke.

I dunno about anxiety but my health, body, period related symptoms all varied in my life, yes.

I'm 53 and my pre period symptoms have varied throughout my life. I'm aware that the changes now are more than likely peri-menopause

Yep.. nasty migraines before & during a period is a thing. I never found a decent way to manage them (GP not interested). I did manage to get anti nausea tablets from them though which I take with 4 dispersible aspirin (GP suggestion) in lemonade.

However I have also started taking StarPowa hormone gummies to see if that helps. They do seem to have toned the migraines down... maybe worth a try.

I'll have to look at the gummies things I've just come so a wear of the symptoms It never did bother me now for the last to month's I've I've noticed more like the dizzy feeling in the run up a day or two before period starts
