DP and I eating same things and generally I've a strong stomach, but I keep getting intermittent diarrhoea, he doesn't so I don't think it's food poisioning. My baby is 6 weeks and I'm breastfeeding. Could there be a link? Or maybe I just need to be more careful hygiene when changing her?
Any ideas?

Are you on iron tablets? They can affect your guts and cause cramping etc. otherwise it might just be your body adjusting. Definitely wash hands after nappy changes though 😂
