Bleed while on pill

Hey! I think I'm just after a bit of reassurance, I have suffered with this before on the pill but this is a little heavier.

So basically me and DH were trying for baby #2, I came off cerelle in November 2021, we have now decided to stop TTC as DH is looking to start a new business and we decided it wouldn't be fair for him to be away (could be up to 4/6 hours away at times doing airport runs etc) while I was home with DS who is 2 and potentially a new born on top of our pets and managing the house in general etc. We both agreed on this so started cerelle back up in April, can't remember the exact date, was after my BFN and aunt flo's visit.

It's been around a week and a half back on and I have started bleeding. Not heavy enough for a pad but can make the water red when peeing and a fair bit there when wiping after a wee. We have also got a new puppy which is stressing me out so much so I've had an excema outbreak too.

I have bled through the pill when starting again and changing pills before, and also know I bleed through when stressed as spent about 4 months bleeding through on and off in 2020 when my father passed away. I spoke to the doctor then and they agreed stress could do this but just wondering if anyone else does too? Like I said more for a bit of reassurance than anything else!

I feel quite well in myself and not really having many cramps, I have done a preg test just incase and that was negative but I would be mid cycle right now off the pill so will test again after what would have been TWW if things continue.

Thanks for reading my absolute babble so far if you got here!

For ref, I'm taking cerelle and have used it since 2017 except for when TTC DS and when we were TTC this time.

If it's a mini pill id say this is totally normal
