Cycles are suddenly longer

My cycle has always been 29-31 days. So regular. Last cycle was 47 days, this cycle I'm day 34 with no sign of period. I'm no more stressed than I am usually (traumatic incident still recovering)
What's going on? Anyone experienced this? Am late 20s.

Have you had Covid, or a Covid vaccination recently at all? There’s evidence to suggest it can affect our menstrual cycles. Having said that, mine were pretty consistent around 32 days, then I started getting a period every 4 months or so, which was around day 34 or day 35. I think this happened in my early 30s.
