Ibuprofen gel breastfeeding

Can I use ibuprofen gel when breastfeeding? Got the most excruciated period back pain 😭

I'm pretty sure that ibuprofen is safe to take whist breastfeeding (you could double check with a pharmacist) and so it would definitely be OK as the gel.

Just take two ibuprofen.
