Feel very ill help

I thought I might have uti as I was having pain in the pelvic area. But I have severe pain on my right side and feel like throwing up. I am wondering if it could be twisted ovary or something else. It's just right side feeling really ill. Like getting a fever.
I have called 111. Waiting on call back.

It could be your appendix? Have you taken any pain relief? Is there anyone in real life you can call if you begin to feel worse?

Taken paracetamol it's just awful pain right side and back on right.

Kidney infection/stone? They are horrendously painful.

If it's at the back it could be a kidney, especially if you thought you might have a UTI, I hope 111 call back soon.

Well got a call from 111 and she doesn't think nothing too serious..I will have to wait until tommorow.
I do feel it's ovary pain but they could be kidney infection. Feeling quite nauseous and very weak.

Sounds more kidney related, but could you be pregnant? If so it may be an ectopic. If so, ring 111 back.

@Richtea2 It could be an ovarian cyst that has twisted.

You should go to A&E.

I had a cysts (It didn't rupture or twist but was told it would be agony if it did and to go to A&E.)

The doctor called back when I told him how I was feeling he said can you up to the hospital by 11. You could have kidney infection and you need to be checked out. I got there was seen by a lady. She said you do have infection and prescribed antibiotics. But no pharmacy was open so go them this morning.
She did say your not showing this or that there definitely something going on. She said something about kidney stone. She did seem quite concerned and said after antibiotics got to go doctors to check me again. She just told me if anything go A&E.
I was okay still felt funny in stomach and a round into my back on right. No increased pain.
I am not too bad just tired.

I am starting to feel ill but hoping that's the antibiotics working. Feel like lining of womb is sore then feel nothing pain on right side now just feel bloated. I feel a bit hot again but I have been a bit busy. I just hope I don't need to go back to the hospital again. I know it's early still though. Maybe I just need to rest.

If it gets worse or you are no better tomorrow another call to 111 might be a good idea given what you were told at the hospital, I do hope you are feeling improved in the morning though.

I am not feeling good today it feels like ovary pain. I have taken my medication and I was feeling okay yesterday. They said kidney infection but feels lining of my womb sore and right side hurts. Once I take the tablets feel better. I hope I start to feel better soon. I need to go back to work Monday and going away for two days soon

I will have to get checked again. Not had a good night with pain. Kidney pain is bad on right side. Just wondering if it is kidney stone. I will try enjoy today but if I get worse go hospital. Happy Easter to you all

The medic who saw you Tuesday said 'if anything go A&E.' - we are 5 days on and it sounds like it is as bad as it was then so it really does sound like another trip to A&E would be a good plan, it's likely to be quieter this morning than it will be later.

111 can’t actually tell you what’s wrong with this kind of thing as you need to be physically checked over. Could be anything from appendicitis to a kidney stone! I’d go to A and E.

It's definitely kidney infection because both sides are hurting now but right is worse

Went back to the hospital but my bloods and urine test was fine. Just carry on with antibiotics and painkillers and go back to my GP if anything.
