Contraceptive pill & gaining weight

Hi all

Has anyone been on a contraceptive pill that hasn't contributed to weight gain?

Every time I go pack on the pill I end up gaining a ton of weight and getting puffy. Have always been on microgynon can anyone recommend a different one?

I thought modern pills don't cause weight gain...

Following as I'm considering taking this again but I'm 31 now and worried about gaining weight too. I was totally fine on it before when I was younger though.

I think they renamed it though? But I used to take Microgynon also.

My body doesn’t tolerate birth control pills at all. I have tried several types and always end up gaining a lot of weight and with swollen limbs. I gave up on them years ago and my GP told me to forget about hormonal treatments of any kind, unfortunately. My weight gain wasn’t normal, though. And it happened so fast.
