Home test Urine dipsticks

I just wondered if anyone could tell me if results on a urine dipstick can change after several minutes?

I did the test as the instructions stated and waited the 60 seconds for results (2 minutes for leukocytes) which seemed negative. When I looked again after maybe 15-20+ minutes, it had turned positive. Should I take it as positive? Or do the strips change colour outside the time limit? I’m going to my doctor anyway as I have ongoing uti issues but just wondered if anyone else had a similar experience with home urine tests?

Just to clarify these are strips for urine analysis, not pregnancy! So testing for blood, glucose, nitrites etc

After a while the result won't be accurate, just like pregnancy tests. So only read after the 1-2 minutes 🙂.

Not accurate after a while. Also the colours can run into each other making what should be a negative a positive
