Red spots on breast

Does anyone know what this might be? Have developed some red spots on my breast and am terrified it might be inflammatory breast cancer. Should I wait and see if they disappear (only noticed them this morning) or make an urgent GP appointment?

I'm not sure, but following as this has come up on my breasts recently, and now I'm worried. I though they were just spots.

They just look like normal spots.

Give your breasts a good clean, and make sure your bra(s)

A)are cleaned
B)in good condition.

If any thread is loose, it'll be irritating the hair follicle.

Mine was just damaged skin it eventually faded! I did get doc to check though for safe side x
