High white blood cells

Hi I'm 10 weeks pregnant had my bloods and urine test bloods came back fine however the midwife said my urine was contaminated and to do another one I done another one and she said there's a high amount of blood cells and have referred me to get a sti check. I've only ever been with my partner and he's been with people before but got tested before me and was all fine. Has anyone had anything similar?

I could be wrong but I always thought they did an sti check as standard with every pregnancy
It could just be a water infection I had loads when pregnant to the point I had to see a consultant and take a low dose of anti biotics til the birth
