I had eye bags removed (no skin removed, just fat sucked out), local anaesthetic, all went well, I healed well, bruises disappeared quickly and didn’t even need any painkillers. BUT - it’s been 2 weeks and the bags are still quite bad(smaller and lower than pre-surgery), but far from gone. I asked the surgery and sent them photos and they told me it’s too soon and there can be internal swelling still and I should give it more time. I somehow struggle to believe that the bags will just disappear. Has anyone had a similar experience? How long did it take to see the final result?
