Any experience of rectocele surgery failing?

Just that really - mine has.
I know I need repeat surgery and have been ignoring it for far too long. I got in with it yesterday, so put in a request for a GP appointment, but I've been given one with a nurse practitioner...Hmm
If anyone has any experience, I'd be really grateful.
