EllaONE Period / Pregnancy

Hi, I took EllaOne on the 5TH March- which according to apps was either day of or day after predicted ovulation. Due to the condom slipping off at the end, and we couldn't be 100% sure nothing came out. This was 8am the day before.

I called umbrella the same day of the sex and they told me to take morning after pill, I explained where I was in my cycle, my cycles are between 29-31- which means my period was due yesterday.

I don't usually have pms until my period starts and even then it's mainly cramps and migraines. But these don't start until after the period has begun.

So- I took the pill all was good, about a week before my period was due I started having little cramps, nothing major though and could only ever feel them if I was resting.

I started taking tests 4 days before missed period and they was all negative. I too a FRER last night and was negative. And also a FRER this morning which again was negative.

The main thing that's bugging me is I'm having a lot of discharge - white creamy/watery/sticky- which I don't usually get. Some days I'm in the toilet constantly and I wake up and my stomach is double the size. Im also crying almost every single day which I don't know if that's my anxiety or I'm
Just more hormonal. I'm constantly worrying about being pregnant which is really affecting me mentally.

My DP is trying to keep me calm with saying he definitely done the deed in a condom and more likely just as I moved I too the condom with me and with taking the pill I should be fine, but I can not stop worrying.

Has anybody else had anything similar? How late was everybody else? Would a negative test at this stage rule out pregnancy? Thank you!

I know that taking Ella One can delay your period, it's listed as one of the side effects. I know it's really tough but for now I would try and relax, you've taken many negative tests and remember, the whole point of Ella One is that it DELAYS or prevents ovulation which guess what?? Means your period is likely to be delayed too! Anxiety is crazy and the body really can play tricks on you.

I would wait until the end of the week now and if still no period, take another test. The fact you have had so many negatives is a good sign though and it's unlikely you are pregnant.

Have you thought about using another method of contraception too so that this doesn't happen again?
