So I recently became a mum I have a four old month amassing baby boy, however since having him I've been none stop panicking, I had a traumatic birth which ended up me being rushed to another hospital to have an emergency C-section.

I've never had aniexty much before but im experiencing so many different changes to my body and I don't know what's normal or not.

Since my c section, which went really smoothly and I've had no problems at all no infections and it's healed really lovely. I just don't know what's normal, I keep getting pains in my ribs which everyone keeps saying will get better because my LO was a very big baby. I have loose stools every day which I don't know if it's my aniexty or a underlying issue however I've been to the doctors with a stool sample and it came back normal.

I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else who's just worrying all the time?
