Help! Is this Thrush or a UTI?

Apologies if this is too much info but I'm at my wit's end. I'm itchy with a thin ,watery, milky coloured, non smelly discharge, not the classic cottage cheese stuff that's listed as Thrush. The whole vulva area is Itchy, sore and swollen inside, but my urethra area also hurts, all the way up to the top of my knicker elastic, I also have lower back pain, no where near my kidneys. I've bought some Canesten to use tonight and some stuff for UTIs but I'm really not sure what I have, other than utter misery.
I'm 51 & peri, haven't had a period since December.

Not all thrush is thick it can sometimes be thinner! Thrush can really irritate the urethra also, make sure you get the tablet you take orally and the internal cream to get rid of the infection, if it doesn’t help maybe book a appointment at GP and they can run some swabs.
