Missed period

Hi, I'm 3 days late on my period have taken a pregnancy test even early ones and have had a negative result. I'm really confused and quite concerned about what's going on with my body. Has anyone had this before? If so what was the outcome and should I be worried.

@Aleahmay19 hey, don’t be worried if you can avoid it! My periods can be a bit ‘late’ if I had been unwell, stressed, busy or away from home during my cycle. This is all quite normal. Are your periods a consistent length of days usually?

Hi lovely thank you so much! Yes my periods are usual and always between 21-28 days I've never been late always usually early and that's it x

Did anything cause stress to your body during this past cycle? It can take a while for the HcG to show up on the tests even after missing a period. If you have an abundance i’d do one each morning, or if not wait a few days and try again. Good luck! I hope everything pans out as you are hoping xx

@Celyn22 no, no stress for the first time ever this month I've actually had a nice month lol 😂 I bet it's been a shock to the system tonight I have been very emotional, and a bit all over the place I'm very tired too so I'm thinking maybe it might show it's self tomorrow, I'll keep you posted but I've not got any more in now I'm going to buy some this week and do one maybe at the end of the week if my period hasn't appeared thank you so much! xx

Hi, have you had a covid jab recently? Both my second jab and booster made me have really late periods. Second jab I missed 1 cycle and with the booster 2 cycles .
