My last few periods have been horrendous PMS wise. Actual bleeding is fairly light and short.
I don't know when I ovulated, I think it was around the 28th/1st going by physical symptoms. Unfortunately my house flooded in those Aussie floods so I have been quite stressed o i havent been tracking, and it's possible I didn't actually ovulate at that time.
Mid last week, my usual PMS started with super sore boobs and cramps. Usually my boots get so much worse and my cramps get so much worse in the 3ish days before it starts. But last night and all of today, there is nothing. No boob pain, no cramps, nothing.
Is it normal for it to stop suddenly?
I did have unprotected sex last week sometime, but honestly all the days are blending together right now. We didn't have any unprotected sex before my predicted ovulation date
