Hi,
Have anyone tried elle sera yet?

I've been taking it about 2 weeks so nothing to report yet but hoping to feel better over the next couple of months!

Whats the effect that you want to achieve?
How old are you?

I'm 40 and I suppose I'm wanting to change my sleep which is increasingly awful, and my anxiety which has always been an issue but is definitely made worse by hormones. It's expensive but I felt I would always be wondering if I didn't just give it a try. I had been considering it for about 6 months before taking the plunge because it's hard to part with £50 a month!

Hows your menses? Is it disrupted by the hormones?

Thank you. Actually my periods are as usual but have always been on the heavier side.

Same here. Heavier side and lengthened up to 15 days.

I'm 50yrs old and I've been taking Elle Sera for a month now. I began taking it to help with the side effects I was suffering from the minipill - ie. low mood/short temper. After a week of taking Elle Sera I could feel the difference...and so could my boyfriend! Here's what I've noticed:-

My mood has definately improved and I feel like my usual giggly silly self again, which I hadn't been for a year while taking Noriday.
I'm sleeping like a baby every night.

Since I've been with my boyfriend, just over 6mths now, I've had a massive sex drive (he's damn hot!) - but my libido has ramped up even higher! He also says that my vagina "feels different" - tighter, wetter and he says it feels incredible.
I can't comment on energy levels as I'm naturally a lazy sloth - and I can't comment on weight loss as I'm very slim 7stone 7lbs - but I definately feel my brain is more focussed and my memory better.

So, for me a definite vast improvement in my life and metal state since being on these tablets and I would recommend them to anyone to try.

I think it's helped with my anxiety! If it has then it will be worth its weight in gold to me.

Coming back to say that Elle Sera has been a god send! More energy, feeling calmer and anxiety pretty much gone which I can't believe as I was paralysed by it at times.

Customer service is amazing too!

I know this is an old thread but how is it going for everyone?

Been looking at this and decided to give it a go... will pop back in a month or two and let you know how it goes. How's everyone else doing?

I dropped mine a while back as I was getting dizzy spells and wanted to make sure it wasn't these. It wasn't so I've started again, think the dizziness was post COVID!

I’ve nearly been taking them for a month and I am still on the fence to be honest. My sleep is no better. I am still hungry all of the time too!

@Softpebbles @WinoLino @frizzybonce how is it going with Elle sera? Thinking of purchasing it, but wondering if you would still recommend it?

I stopped after 6 months, just wasn't feeling any benefit.

@coollillemum I stopped after two months. Didn’t feel any better. Did feel better when I upped my HRT (surgical menopause).

An old thread but wondered if this was recommended for Peri.
