Any physios on here? Pelvic floor question

Hi,
Hoping someone with knowledge or a physio will see this.

A friend recommended the Kegal8 machine, as recommended by her physio, to help regain some muscle down there after childbirth.

I'm thinking of doing the same as pelvic floor exercises on their own only do so much. If not the Kegal8, what else can improve sex after childbirth? Can anything tighten you up even a little bit other than surgery? 😳

I am not a physio but I found some improvement with hypopressives exercises and would recommend looking in to this as well as Kegels

Great! I'll do that. Thanks!

Honestly, it’s amazing what just doing pelvic floor exercises, correctly, over time will do. No gadgets needed!
They’re like any muscles, they’re not gonna suddenly tone up after a week. But I bet you’ll notice a difference after a couple of months of doing them regularly - I certainly did!

Sorry op - you implied you’ve been doing them already. I hope others can offer better advice than me!
