Mirena coil + bleeding - should I worry?

I'm in my late 40s and now on my 4th Mirena coil after having 1st one fitted after my second DC who is now 17

With the first 3 I had virtually no bleeding at all, I would just wear a pant liner for a few days of spotting each month

I've now had the 4th one in for over a year and noticed that bleeding is heavier and going on for longer each month. Just realised I've been wearing a pant liner every day for at least 2 weeks and I have had similar for the past few months

I've never had any side effects or problems with the Mirena and have no associated symptoms of concern

Should I speak to my GP or is it nothing to be concerned about?

I had bleeding more days than I didn't with the mirena but it seems unusual if you've not had any issues with them in the past. I'd give your GP a call particularly if it's getting worse.
