I haven't had a period since Sept of 2020 for no reason my hemoglobin drops quickly I am very anemic I should be having a period I'm not on birth control I'm only 31 I'm in pain all the time I thought it was a stomachs issue but now I think its related to my uterus or ovaries doctors can't seem to figure it out my youngest is 3 I had bleeding issues after I had him but I had a period after words for about 6 months has anyone else ever had this issue I'm desperate for answers

Sorry you are going through this. A few things that spring to mind:

Endometriosis
PCOS
Thyroid issues (have you had blood tests?)

Keep pushing your doctor to carry out further tests. You need at least an ultrasound.

Yes have been testes for about everything they've done catscans ultrasound bone scan colonoscopy endoscopy ill be doing the pill camera next in they can't seem to give me answers I was just hospitalized again in had blood transfusions My hemoglobin was a 4.8 the pain in my abdomen in back never stopped it makes it hard to do anything.I'm starting to think its related to my uterus or ovaries in not my stomach
