Lighter period than normal

Okay, so my periods are always the exact same, they come at the same time every month and are very very heavy. I usually have to use multiple packs of nighttime plus pads every time I’m on my period. So this month, my period came on time as usual, with bad period cramps and fairly normal bleeding on the first day, however I’ve had hardly any bleeding since then. I’ve literally only had one pad on per day since then, and I usually go through more than 10 per day. Also, I usually have a LOT of blood clots, but I’ve had none at all. Should I get this checked out? For a bit of background information, I’m only 20 so it’s not menopause, I’m in a really good relationship where we use condoms, and I’m a university student. Obviously I know I can’t get something diagnosed on here, but I just want some advice on if I should get this checked out. Thanks!

Have you recently had a covid jab? That's been reporting as causing unusual bleeding patterns. Have you seen your GP about the heavy bleeding? It sounds pretty bad and there's things they can prescribe to help with it.
