Sore boobs at time of the month.

Ladies, does anyone have any remedies for sore boobs when they are due/ have your period? My boobs are so so painful the week before and during my period. They get so hot and feel like they are made of glass and could just shatter if they are touched 😔 Anyone any tips to ease the pain?

Primrose oil. High dose 1000mg. Takes a month to start working but it's amazing. Never thought it would work but it really did for me.
