I am mid 40's
Been taking HRT since October.
Initially this made a huge difference to my aches & pains.
But they came back.
I have increased the oestrogen dose in the last month & now feel like I can't sleep properly & everything aches again. I also have very sore breasts.
I do feel calmer. So it's still helping my mood.
But I am just so unbelievably tired all the time & sick of aching joints.
I don't know what to do.
