8 weeks pregnant pain

I've been tossing and turning from around 5am from some lower abdominal pain. This is my second pregnancy just wondering if this is normal? I don't remember having pains that were like this with my first. I'm 8 weeks today :(

Could you be constipated? I had terrible pain for that reason in early pregnancy.

@MyDcAreMarvel I've been having the runs for a few days now so I don't think I could be constipated
It does feel quite low down

If you have being having the runs the pain is most likely bowel related rather than pregnancy. Pain with no bleeding is very rarely anything to be concerned about.
