I have been having a lot of pain and discomfort in my vagina - felt a bit like I was sitting on glass and cramps like I was on my period when I wasn't. I had a feel and found the source of pain - both myself and my husband say it feels like a tight scar with maybe a dip on either side, sort of straight across the bottom of my vagina. I've attached a crude sketch - it's not as big as in the sketch, it's just hard to draw on a phone lol. Anyway I'll obviously message the drs about it but they're notoriously rubbish and I wondered if anyone had any clue what this sort of thing is? I can only think of scar tissue from childbirth but my only son is seven now! My husband and I have enjoyed a renewed sex life recently so maybe it was always there and it's just been inflamed or something? I really hope I can do something about it because a)it's obviously very painful, and b) I would like to enjoy sex again.
