Period one week after ovulation

OPK predicted ovulation last Tuesday. My period came yesterday, so over a week early. Just a bit worried as this has never happened before. It’s my first cycle after MC so if that’s to blame for dodgy hormones then I’m really hoping it’s a one-off. Any reassurance?
It’s definitely not implantation bleeding, it’s far too heavy.

Has anyone had this before?
I can’t find anything at all on Google, it just says if you’re period is early then you ovulated early. Which I didn’t because I track it.

Yes my period before last was 7 days early with 2 days of spotting before hand which I’ve never had before! My anxiety went through the roof but everything was back to normal for my next cycle though so could just be that your hormones are slightly out of whack, try not to worry and see how things go till your next period.
