Hi 👋

I am really starting to get bothered with bad headaches they seem to be just before my period I get a bad one for a whole day / two days and I'm like oh yeh periods coming. That's probably last 4-5 months
This month it's just been there the whole time feel like above my eye is being squashed and paracetamol isn't touching it

They're really starting to bother me

Anyone else have these? Is it hormonal changes can anything be done?

Could it be migraines? They're often triggered by hormones and no OTC painkillers touch mine.

I think it would be worth speaking to your GP about possibly trying a triptan. They're a godsend for many sufferers.
