Hormonal neck/jawline spots?

Wasn't sure on the best place to post this one!!

Over the past year or so I've been getting these really large spots on my neck/jaw. They're as sore as a cystic spot but over a few days it gets to the point where I can squeeze it and get the tiniest (literally) amount of white pus? Out of it, it then remains huge for nearly another week then scars for a bit and finally shrinks down and stays put for ages as like a tiny lump under the skin.
Has any one else had this and was it just hormone related? Just not sure if warrants a trip to the dr. I should add I'm only late twenties & I came off the mini pill last year but can't remember if I'd been getting them whilst on it too, if so would have only been in the last year... I've attached a photo too (sorry) the one on the right it the latest beast and the left is a predecessor.

We're just giving this thread a bump for the OP in case anyone's around to help.

I get things like this, but I am a fiddler when sat at my desk so it's definitely exacerbated by me touching face /neck /chest with less than sterile hands... Maybe focus on that for a week and see if it helps?
I also wash them with hibiscrub in the shower - focus it on spots etc

Jawline spots can indicate a gynaecological issue, so I’d suggest you consult a GP.

(And why on earth would you ever squeeze a spot?)

@TottersBlankly thank you, what sort of issues could it be linked to maybe can do a bit more research and see if I have any other symptoms I've not taken into account. And I can't help squeezing spots, it's a guilty pleasure
