Leaking breast

Is this normal? I haven't breastfed for over 13 years!

I was drying quite vigorously after my shower earlier and saw a bead of discharge from my left nipple. I curiously pressed again and more came out - like a darker breast milk colour.

I started HRT last summer. I don't have any strange lumps or anything like that.

Should I be worried?

Milky discharge from the nipple can be a sign of something called duct ectasia, a benign breast condition fairly common in menopausal women.

However if the discharge is ever clear or blood stained I would recommend you get that investigated.

The only answer is to see your dr.
It's maybe nothing at all but no one here can diagnose you and as it's a breast issue, having it checked out is best.

Will do.
Thanks both
