Menstrual headaches?

Hey!

Just wondering if anyone's had it before where they used to suffer with really bad menstrual headaches a week or so before their period , and then had them come to a complete stop randomly one month?! I'm due in a couple of days and haven't had one which is strange.

Anyone else?

Thanks!

It depends on my diet. My symptoms are always better when I am following a whole foods diet consistently and drinking a lot of water.

Mine stopped when I was pregnant. Any chance you could be, have you got a test to hand?

I used to have them during my period but last year they just stopped. I had a very minor headache this month but nothing like they used to be.

I had them a lot last year, usually for two days or so before my period started. But haven't had it for the last few months.

I did read that it can be to do with low iron levels, which I have suffered from in the past. So it could be diet-related and my iron levels are back up. I never got it looked into as I would forget all about it once my period started.
