Hi

Don't even know where to start but had my 1st period since having an operation down there in back end of November and there was what looked like a clot and it was strung together like gristle and tissue is this normal I'm really worried as was attacked new-year morning and haven't felt the same since like my body has been in shock and not been able to heal properly I do have pictures but don't know how to upload them

Oh dear! Do you mean you were sexually assaulted and raped?
Have you had counselling or other support?
Have you seen anyone for STI checks etc?

I hope you can get the help you need. I am sure that if you post again, other women with more experience will help.
