Two tampons

Not for the first time have I just realised I had accidentally inserted a new tampon when I already had one in. Only noticed when I removed one to find two strings
Mortified...
Any one else so absent minded...

I’ve actually don’t this twice. Both times I was like WTF!! I think it was from being really tired and not playing attention!

I have to wear 2 on my heavy days anyway!

I've done this, I only noticed when I pulled two out.

Im a bit of a daydreamer and often do silly things while thinking of something else.
