Benign Breast Biopsy any radiographers, sonographers or nurses who can help

What would be the possible diagnosis if a breast biopsy is not cancer ?
I read that about 75% of biopsies are not cancer. But then many people in this forum say sonographers know whether or not what they see is cancer before or during the biopsy. I find this a little confusing. 🤔 Thanks in advance for your responses.

Sonographers do not carry out a breast biopsy....that is the role of a specially trained radiologist

Are you talking about calcification? Or any actual lump?

Hi I was not told what it was and not sure if the radiologist knew or not. She just said she saw something she is unsure about and she will do a biopsy after the ultrasound. After the biopsy I saw an ultrasound or mammogram image on the consultant s screen and that looked like a lump. Consultant was very vague about it and he was not expecting a biopsy himself after examining me since he told me my breast pain and changes are probably hormonal before I had mammogram and ultrasound.
