I've name changed for this, for obvious reasons.
I'm on my 2nd Mirena coil, to control very heavy periods, for which it has been marvellous.
However... with the first one, I had a lot of discharge, every day, which I tolerated because no periods was absolutely worth it.
However since I had my second inserted in November, I've had pretty much constant BV. It goes for a few days at a time after antibiotics but is then back with a vengeance.
I'm so embarrassed and in a constant state of paranoia, worrying about if anyone (everyone) around me can smell me. My sex life is destroyed.
I just wondered if anyone else had had a similar experience. I really don't want to get the coil removed, but I can't go on like this!
