So Iv been having symptoms for around 1 month ...

Gas
Burping
Stomach noises

I have blood tests , stool tests for infection and blood , rectal examination, stomach examination , every come back clear . I'm 23 , I have been very stressed past 2 months and anxiety . Dr said mild case of ibs as stress and mess up the digestive system .. doesn't really matter what I eat I don't think . I have no bloating , no pain at all . Weight has stayed the same more or less .. does anyone else experience this with stress / anxiety ? I do find if I go to the toilet symptoms relieve a little . Can stress really mess you digestive system up ?!

I am almost 49 and first developed IBS when I was 25. I was going through a series of very stressful events during that time. Sadly my symptoms have never gone away but have waxed and waned during these 24 years and the bad times are almost always during times of stress.
My symptoms have been very bad the last 4/5 years. I have had so many tests which all come back ok, I will admit though that I have been going through very stressful times these last few years.
I have similar symptoms to you (gurgling/noisy stomach and bowels, so gassy too) as well acid and indigestion, bloating in the evenings and an upset stomach some times and constipation another.
I do follow the low fodmap diet which although I am not sure food is my issue it does help somewhat so I would recommend it.
For me I think hormones and my stressful life contribute to my bad guts.
I totally sympathise, IBS is horrible and can completely control your life.
I would definitely recommend gut directed hypnotherapy, I have paid for very expensive apps etc but the best one I listen to are free on YouTube. I recommend Generation Calm and Michael Sealey, they both do several IBS hypnotherapy videos.

@RedPandaWanda

I genuinely believe it's the stress that has caused it as I was fine before I was stressed , never had issues ! Only time I remember having issues was when I was a teen in school ! Thankyou for replying I'll try looking on YouTube .. drs don't seem to want to do any food tests or anything so I reckon I'll pay for them myself . I did have a stomach bug last month and saw on google you can develop intolerances after gastritis or something ... I don't think it's anything sinister as no pain or bloating just probably taking my digestive a long time to recover Confused doesn't help though that these symptoms won't go which's adds to the stress , it's like a vicious circle lol .

The tummy bug has probably something to do with it. I’ve read that you can be a bit lactose intolerant sometimes after stomach bugs, I cut out dairy and it did help.
I definitely get the vicious cycle thing, that’s exactly where I am at the moment, the more the symptoms persist the more I stress/worry but the more I stress over it the more the symptoms carry on 🙄
