Anyone on the depo injection

I had my second depo injection in Dec it's due next month and I'm how on my second set of bleeding.

In January I decided to start getting healthy working out and losing some weight in the first week I got a period of some sort. Lasted maybe over a week then this morning he I've had a period it had soaked through my pjs.

Is this normal? I was on the depo injection for years before my first and I never had this problem.

I had my letter to book my smear test through yesterday so I'll call them today.

Anyone experienced this before.

Me! I was on it for years with no problems i have now started it again after having a baby and I was more than spotting for the whole of the first injection and then fine for the whole of the second. I'm on my third now, with it due in another 4 weeks and I'm more than spotting again. Luckily my bleeding doesn't seem to be as heavy as yours but still strange.
I mentioned it to the nurse after my first and she said it was normal and nothing to worry about

I started my second time of having the depot last year.
I was on it for 10 years with no bleed, when I restarted I bled pretty much daily for a few months, but it settled down then and I haven't bled for about 6 months.

It's just bloody annoying. It does sound pretty normal.

I thought I shocked my body into a period by working out 😂

I'll book in for my smear aswell. But very annoying.
