Hi all,
I had Covid a few weeks ago and developed lower back pain while ill - it just seemed more of a weakness, like when I tried to sit up in bed my back ached. My other Covid symptoms have gone but I've had an off/off achey lower back.
Over the last few days I've also developed abdominal/pelvic pain that feels just like period pain, which I've not really had for years. I'm on the pill and about to take my 7 day break, so it could just be period pain, but surely my body does not yet know I'm about to stop taking the pill for the break? Or does it just get used to the regular 21 day/7 day cycle and pre-empt it?
Does anyone else get period pain towards the end of their 21 day pill pack, but before the pill break? And also if Covid has triggered worse period pain than normal for anyone? Trying to work out if it is just period pain or I should be more worried, especially with the back pain too.
