I had a spot on my back and I scratched it thinking it was just a spot , then realised it’s like raised bump, like hard one , and it won’t flatten down . I am not sure what it exactly looked like before I scraped it , I think it bled a little as I scratched it ? Do you think it could be cancer ? I though maybe it’s cherry aginoma ? I’m really nervous to be fair ! Thanks for advice ! I know it’s red around the spot as I scratched it not knowing what it was .

I have a cherry angioma on my leg and to be honest it doesn't look like yours but it could be just because you have scratched it. I would get it checked by the doctor for peace of mind.

I think Boots also offers a skin check service. Might be best to get it checked by a specialist or GP.
