I'm 25 and for the last 4 months have been having a little bleeding between each period. It's lasted 1 or 2 days and then gone. It's not a lot but a little when I wipe. This month it's now been bleeding for over a week again not a lot just when I wipe.
My period ended about a week before this started. I have a constant dull pelvic pain, not painful but always there. I did have a smear last year and I am HPV positive although they don't want me to be seen until august this year.
I am now awaiting a blood test and my doctor advise me to go to the gum clinic for a pelvic test or something?

Has anyone else had anything like this or know what it may be?

The doctor probably wants you to go to the gum clinic for a sexual health check up, bleeding can sometimes be from a infection.

Bleeding can be a sign of infections and pelvic inflamatory disease. You should visit the clinic for a check up as suggested so you can be treated if necessary with appropriate medication.
