Missed period...why?

I posted a few days ago about having a BFN test after period being 3 days late

LMP was 28th Nov and still nothing!

I have never missed a period (apart from when pregnant) and they have been regular since my 2yo was 6 months old

Has anyone experienced this and could know what it is? I am not stressed or lost any weightConfused

Is it too soon to call the doctors?

Forgot to add I have since done a CB test last night and this morning and it's completely negative!

Have you had covid vaccine recently. My DD skipped her period following her vaccine, I've heard this is common.
