Irregular bleeding

3 different times this month I've started bleeding . The bleeding goes from light to very heavy and back to light. I have been in so much pain over it and I have passed blood clots etc a lot aswell, I don't know if it's related but I don't suffer from PCOS. Does anyone have a clue what it could be I'm so confused😅 the bleeding last 4 days atleast each time

How old are you now?.

Endometriosis can cause pain and heavy bleeding to arise but in any case this requires further investigation. Severe pain is not normal and this is not something you should put up with. You need to see a gynaecologist for further evaluation; this is outside a GPs remit of expertise and you should be referred.
