Mirena coil with low cervix

I've had a couple of kids and now have a low cervix, possibly due to a bit of a prolapse

I need to sort out some contraception but I'm not keen on taking more hormones in the form of the pill, so thinking maybe the coil

Does it matter if I have a low cervix in terms of the coil? Just thinking of strings and my partner being able to feel them

It also makes me feel a bit ick at the thought of the strings being quite near the entrance, but maybe they'd just trim them?
