So I went to out of hours last night because my anxiety is sky high . Been having few problems , I had slight blood on tissue when I wipe after bowl movement . Stool is normal colour no bleeding or mucus etc . The nurse did a examination and could feel any lumps or see any lumps , also no bleeding higher up . Which I guess is a good sign . Now my bum is sore 🤦🏼‍♀️ and I'm thinking the worst again ! She said it's nothing to worry about multiple times . Now I feel a little pimple I'm not sure if it due to wiping to Many times and too often ( I keep doing this to check nothing on paper & there isn't I just can't help it ) I wonder if it's due to health anxiety . Bleeding when I wipe has stopped . Any help would be appreciated

Sorry forgot to add , so does wiping constantly cause sores ? I'm using baby wipes and sometimes tissue

Yes it will cause sores. Get some a jail and leave well alone for a couple of days.

Have you considered buying and using something like wypeuk.com/collections/shop/products/wype-gel?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyceKjO_y9AIVl5ftCh3xsgv7EAAYASAAEgKd0vD_BwE to feel more relaxed about being ‘clean’ ?

Get a bidet bottle and have a little shower to clean
It's environmentally friendly, cleaner and kinder on your bum

Wipe gently and use nappy cream. Seriously . It will really help.
